Unibet Online Casino Review
UniBet is one of the biggest names in gambling right now and one that also owns the Stan James brand. It doesn’t matter who you are or what side of the fence you’re on, if you have anything to do with real money online casino gambling then you know who UniBet are and probably respect what they have done.
Bu reverence aside, how does UniBet Casino compare to other highly rated English casinos? Is this a brand that, like so many others, manages to excel on the sports book side but struggles with the casino side?

Pros
There are a lot of unique things on UniBet that you won’t find anywhere else, including handful of exclusive games. Not all of these are great but there are a couple of gems. They also go out of their way with promotions and there is usually something special on offer, both on the casino and the sports betting side of things. At the time of writing, for instance, you can trigger a 200% deposit bonus if you are a new member, which should keep you happy as you explore their games for the first time.
There is a live casino and there is a wealth of games to choose from both on the virtual and live sections. They have a huge number of NetEnt titles and also have games by Microgaming. There are small stakes and high roller titles and these can be played through a desktop browser or through a mobile device.
With more than 500 slots and hundreds of table games, scratch cards and video poker titles, you won’t be left wanting in this area, but that’s to be expected from such a big, well known brand.
Cons
The UniBet purchase of Stan James was a concern for many gamblers because while Stan James used to be a respected track side bookmakers in the UK, its reputation has been somewhat tarnished over the years. In the online age it has gone the way of brands like Vernons, losing respect with this new breed of customer because of a poor offering, some shocking customer support and complete ignorance for how the virtual gambling markets work and just what customers expect from it.
However, UniBet have not been influenced by Stan James as of yet. If anything it is Stan James that has begun to gradually morph into UniBet and not the other way around. This is good, but there are still some issues with UniBet that may worsen as they continue to grow.
One is the customer support, which is not as quick or as helpful as it can be. The other is a reliance on software that few others use. Their poker room is a perfect example of this. They are using proprietary software, even though very few of their members actually play poker here.
Most other real money online casino gambling sites simply use a skin that basically plasters their brand all over an existing network. It means they can join a network that is huge and never short of players or tournaments, while still looking like it is they who run the show. UniBet, however, have chosen to go it alone and it means you’ll struggle find a full tournament or even a heads-up sit-n-go.
It’s an attitude that seems to be prevalent throughout and while we get the intention and understand what they were going for, we don’t get why they didn’t drop this idea when they realized it didn’t work.

Casino Rating 7/10
UniBet like to label themselves as the biggest and the best. They like to think that they can rival Bet365 in the sports betting stakes, PokerStars in the poker stakes and Spin Palace in the casino stakes. But they are none of these. Basically, they want to be Paddy Power and to emulate the growth that the Irish gambling giant has experienced, but they have fallen way short.
Yes, they are big and yes they have a lot to offer, but they need help from third-parties if they are to become the site they want and they need to change tact

I use unibet only for a poker. Stable connection is crucial for live gambling and it is provided. Events are good too. They have a tournament on a regular basis. BTW, u can chouse a size of your buy-in from 0.1€ to 250€ in three different parts of tournament. In these year total prize fond was more than 300 000 € and the biggest one for one player was something around 76. So unibet is a very loyal and professional platform for gambling. 9/10 only because I had no wish to try slots, roulette and other.

I’m reviewing Unibet Casino mainly because of two things: 1. I’m in the US and I can easily access my account. Apparently, all the other ‘international’ casinos in the UK aren’t international after all because one can’t access them while in the US. If I didn’t have an account with Unibet Casino, then I wouldn’t be having my fix of roulette 2. It has always been one of my favourite casino anyway. It has a sports bookmaker arm as well as an online casino under one roof, making it a very convenient gaming and gambling platform. Plus, I’ve never really come across something bad about this site
