First off, let’s focus on what is good about TonyBet. It is a complete gambling destination, which means it offers poker, sports betting and casino games. And that’s important, because they really are top dogs where poker is concerned. In an industry that is dominated by PokerStars, it’s hard for anyone to shine through, but TonyBet manage to do this by offering games that you won’t find anywhere else.

The biggest issue we have with TonyBet is the fact that you need to jump through many hoops just to play there. We understand that this is needed sometimes and if we are waiting to withdraw and are asked for it then we will happily do it. However, it’s rare we are asked, because it’s rarely needed. There are easier ways to check your ID and automated systems that the casinos can use to do it for them.
On TonyBet, none of these are used and they don’t wait for you to withdraw before they ask. They expect you to do it as soon as you sign-up, which means that instead of just needing a deposit, a name and an email address to play, you also need to be prepared to send a proof of ID, a proof of address and a number of other things that will drive you up the wall before you even play your first game.
They operate under different jurisdictions and they follow different laws to Malta based casinos like 32Red. However, this is irrelevant to us players. It’s not our fault they are based there. We’re the ones who get to choose whether to put ourselves through that or not and the vast majority of us will not.
There are other issues as well. Namely the fact that TonyBet is much smaller than other real money online casinos. If you’re going to ask players to jump through many hoops when other casinos don’t, then at least offer them a huge platform that is unlike anything else they have played before.

As mentioned above, there are elements of TonyBet that we absolutely love and for that we really wanted to become members. But the fact that we had to jump through all of those hops means that by the time we were members, we were already sick of the process.
You can’t expect players to do all of that. Most members will sign-up and play on a whim, and you can’t do that if you have to spend several hours verifying your account

Tonybet Casino encompasses of different aspects but what I enjoyed the most was their poker section. Despite having a large poker community – which of course makes the game fun to play – they always ensure that there are enough virtual seats for all of us to play. Their Twitter handle @TonyBetPoker is always lit with all the latest offerings. The only thing I wish they could improve on is their mobile and tablet platforms. I’m not sure if it was my mobile device – an S5 – or it’s just their website. I’d recommend their customer IT team to check for any bugs and improve on optimization. And as an international brand, even Russians can easily enjoy playing at the site without any trouble.

The site is really easy to navigate and play in. The range of activities to partake in is very wide, making it more of a complete package. Wow, the €100 welcome bonus is really inviting (I used mine wisely) I am sure players signing up to the site were attracted to the bonus. The methods to make deposits and withdrawals are many making it very convenient. The cap on withdrawals is also high and they are completed in an instant. The site is somewhat limited and it took quite some time for my account to be confirmed. Overall it’s an excellent gambling site.
