There is also an occasional lack of clarity that we find really frustrating.
The only thing worse than customer support that doesn’t care, is customer support that doesn’t seem to grasp what your issue is and therefore can’t help. This seems to be common with Spin Palace and maybe results from them hiring inexperienced staff. Still, credit where credit’s due: all of our problems were resolved in the end.
Many of the games listed on Spin Palace are also subpar. They don’t always update with new titles and rely too heavily on older, retro games for our liking. These are common with Microgaming, but that doesn’t mean they have to be common on Microgaming licensed casinos.

The free spins and free gifts are a great way to keep us on your site. Kudos!! However, keep them coming in even if we’re more used to the site now. Overall processing of deposits and withdrawals is fast, unlike some online casinos. This is really commendable.
