Pros
PokerStars is a huge gambling brand that has been working with gamblers for years. It has experience with gamblers at every level. It knows what they want, it knows how to provide them with it and it also has a huge market share, as it owns Full Tilt as well as the PokerStars poker room.
There are many positives here because of that experience and that reputation, including a loyalty program that rewards you with VIP points every time you play and allows you to swap these for free play tokens and for a wealth of tidbits. PokerStars also has a wealth of games for you to choose from, most of which were created by Microgaming.
It is fully licensed, it is regulated in the UK (based in the Isle of Man) and not only can you use your winnings to play poker, but you can also spend them on the sports betting section of their site.
Cons
Now for the downsides, of which there are a few. PokerStars Casino is best experienced as a downloadable casino, which most players won’t enjoy. You can play web based games and there is a mobile one as well, but it’s not as conducive to web based play as other top online casinos are.
It also doesn’t have the best bonuses outside of the poker room. In fact, even in the poker room your bonuses are pretty limited, allowing you to earn a steady amount based on how much you play rather than giving you a huge chunk there and then.
We like PokerStars, we really do, and we were prepared to love PokerStars Casino. But we really expected more from them. One of the biggest issues we have is the support. This was never very good on the poker room as it was restricted to emails and wasn't as timely or as helpful as it could have been. We expected this system to change for the casino and in a way it has, but the bulk of it remains and it can be difficult to get the help you need when you need it.

This is a great brand and there are many positives here, but there are also a few negatives. There are some flaws that still need to be ironed out before PokerStars Casino can compete with highly rated online casinos such as Bet365, but it’s certainly on the way up and it has the potential and the respect to make it to the very top.
PokerStars Casino has also come a very long way since those early days when you could just play a handful of virtual slot games with your poker winnings. However, it still has a long way to go.

PS is a giant in the borders of poker world. Their tornaments are worldwide. Their clients are guarantors of loyalty and honor. But still their casino is not so good as u can imagine. Visuals are not so...let me think...modern? I just feel myself like I am in 2014, really. Support is kind, yeah, but I need to wait for their answer. Withdraw is within one day, it is normal. As differ, there are no withdrawal limits. So my little review is very personal as I am a kind of visualist. I got 7 on it.

I have been faithful to PokerStars for 3 years already. And I have never had any problems with them. Yes, interface is imperfect. Yes, we need to wait if we need some responses from support. Yes, slots are not from top developers. But PS is sinonym to quality. I don't play to much. Twice a week, not more. And all my 3 years of gambling I play with Poker Stars. They are always give yours back, their support always help you. I don't even know how a man can have some problems with PS.

Some brands should just stick to their lanes instead of trying so hard to remain relevant in the fields that they aren’t best versed in. First of all, they don’t need to introduce ‘casino games’ if they can’t let players try them for free. Secondly, the name ‘Poker Stars’ means that they are targeting poker players, why change to offer slot and card games?
