PokerStars Online Casino (AKA BetStars Casino) Review
PokerStars Casino is a real money online casino run by the same company behind PokerStars. After the huge success of their poker site and their eventual acquisition of once competing sites like Full Tilt Poker, PokerStars began to branch out and they now offer sports betting, online casino games and more via BetStars and BetStars Casino, also known as PokerStars Casino.

Pros
PokerStars have some great loyalty bonuses and this is also true of PokerStars Casino. There is a loyalty scheme where you can earn points every time you play and there are also schemes that reward you for playing games daily, for playing specific games and more.
PokerStars Casino is also big on challenges. You simply perform a few basic tasks and in return you will unlock bonuses and climb up the promotional ladder. This is one of the best bonuses we have seen because it’s fun and it rewards effort, skill and loyalty.

Cons
While PokerStars have always been good with loyalty bonuses, ensuring that their new customers become loyal ones, they have never been very generous with welcome bonuses and that’s also true of PokerStars Casino. You can take advantage of some decent bonuses, but don’t expect the sort of huge money that you will get on casinos like Spin Palace and Royal Vegas Casino.
For high rollers, this is not going to make a huge difference as loyalty bonuses are always preferred. But for the average small and medium stakes gambler, it could be a big turn off as they will likely never bet enough to ever truly benefit from the loyalty bonuses being offered.
The support system has also always been a little off on PokerStars and this has translated into PokerStars Casino as well. You need to raise support tickets, after which you will get a response through email. You can’t reply to this response though and need to send another ticket if you have another issue. That’s the bad side of it, but the good news is that they do have a live chat and the guys who staff this are usually very quick and more than happy to help.
In our experience they are usually a little more informal than you might expect, but we actually really liked this as it meant we didn’t have to sit and wait for them to type useless messages like, “Do you mind waiting for a few minutes?” and “We’re sorry this has happened but rest assured we will find a solution”. These things are taken as fact anyway and by stating them robotically as they do it just wastes time and frustrates us.
Casino Rating: 80/100
We love PokerStars. As a poker site it is easily the best around. We are also a big fan of BetStars, although there are a great number of betting sites that are better than it, including BetFair and Paddy Power.
PokerStars Casino is somewhere in the middle. We prefer it to many well known online casinos and brands, including the bug-ridden Ladbrokes and the poorly run Mr. Green, but it’s not quite accessible enough, generous enough or varied enough to beat some of the higher rated online casinos out there.
