Lucy Online Casino Review
LucyCasino is an online casino created by Jumpman Gaming that was launched in 2018 to relatively little fanfare. It hasn’t had much in the way of marketing and it’s not considered to be a top rating casino. The question is, has the gambling industry missed out and is this a hidden gem, or is it a let down?

LucyCasino Basics
LucyCasino has a UK license and was created with UK gamblers in mind. It allows players to play in GBP only, can only be accessed in English, and is fully licensed and audited. LucyCasino is available through instant play and mobile and has a solid layout and aesthetic throughout.
LucyCasino Games and Promotions
On the surface, LucyCasino have a very good promotion, giving players a chance to spin a wheel that could award them up to 500 free spins. It’s unique and it adds some excitement to a process that is usually straightforward. However, once you delve into the terms and conditions of that promotion the excitement begins to fade.
The spins themselves don’t have a huge value, and there is a maximum win of £8 per 10 free spins, which means that even if you get very lucky and claim all 500 free spins, the maximum amount of bonus cash you can win is £400. On the one hand, this is not a bad total for micro-stake players and it beats what they would get elsewhere. But on the other hand it’s not enough to entice high-rollers and even medium stake players and the average win will be much less than £400.
And that’s not all, because even if you were to win £400, you wouldn’t be able to claim it all. The bonus has a maximum withdrawal amount of £250, and any real money winnings beyond this amount are essentially null and void. It’s fair to say that the Ts & Cs put a dampener on the whole “Mega Reel” bonus.
As far as games go, LucyCasino work with Microgaming, NetEnt and BigTime Gaming. They don’t have a unique selection of games, but there is a nice selection nonetheless.

LucyCasino Banking Options
LucyCasino accepts PayPal, which is a huge plus. But they have slow opening times, taking up to three days to process payments. There is no withdrawal limit that we know of, which is a plus, but they do charge money for withdrawals less than £30. This is something we don’t recall seeing anywhere else and something that concerns us, especially when you consider that LucyCasino is geared toward micro-stake players, yet this banking option punishes them.
LucyCasino Review: 60/100
LucyCasino are not a bad casino, but they are far from the best rated online casinos we have covered on this site. They have a few unique elements, but they ultimately fall flat because of ridiculous rules, the likes of which really shouldn’t exist on online casinos. Who charges for withdrawals, who limits bonus winnings to £250, and who waits so long to pay players their winnings?
Good effort LucyCasino, but there is work to be done.

Omg, LucyCasino? Really? I am in love! Thx for this naming! I had to play it because I'm Lucy too. Keeping the name back, I am not excited as well. This casino looks different, has a stylish and modern site but the gaming process is not at the same level. So, 6 of 10 for gaming and +1 for the appearance and name.
