The site itself is quite smooth. We haven’t experienced any kind of lag. The customer support has also proved to be very capable and professional. This is something we expect of all highly rated online casinos, but it’s something we just don’t always see.

The main issue we have with the JackpotCity casino is the aesthetic. The main image is glorious and provides a great introduction to the site. But beyond that, it’s really poor. The writing has been poorly formatted, everything looks out of place and there is an amateurish feel throughout. That’s a shame, as it was looking so promising before we stumbled across this.
We would have also liked to see more games from big and exciting slot machine developers like Net Ent, BetSoft and IGT. These are the games that slot players want to see, but instead they will find an assortment of Microgaming titles that have seen and played hundreds of times already.

We feel like we should be giving JackpotCity a higher score than we have. It certainly has all the hallmarks of a big real money online casino. However, we just can’t do it. The games are okay, but they wouldn’t entice us to stay for the longterm and we would get bored very quickly. The aesthetic of the site doesn't help either, nor does the lack of any substantial loyalty scheme.
This is one of those casinos that you join for the welcome bonus and then leave when it’s gone. And until they make some big changes, it will always remain as one of those casinos.

Oh, this one is one of the oldest and I think that the biggest. As I know J City works all over the world. I mean only countries where it\'s legal of corse but exceptions are always. I visit Russia at least 4 times per year and my work commits me to spend at least 2 weeks each time in this country. So I use J City in spare time. This casino is not blocked in Russia where by the way most part of online casinos is blocked. So it is a very good variant as they provide all services everywhere. I have never ever had any problems with this casino. More than that I don\'t see any reasons to change this casino on other while I am at home in Spain. Seven years expirience is a very good index.

I joined the site and it was easy to see why it deserves the high praise and good ratings by the online gambling community. It is also very accessible because I was able to play via my desktop, laptop, browser and on mobile. The portability came in handy when I wanted some entertainment on my travels. Surprisingly, in all the platforms the site was easily accessible and the play did not lag at any one point. There is a wide range of games to choose from. They describe themselves as home to more jackpot, more often. The casino goes further to describe themselves as the bringing the Vegas glitz and glam to you with a promise of the best entertainment. I’d like to agree to some of these statements and disagree with some. As this review has put it, it is one of the best sites to visit if you are looking for Microgaming powered video slots. They have an extensive collection. Also, it was a big plus to know that they have been around since 1998. However, as a casino with years of experience in the industry, they need to diversify their game portfolio. Microgaming slots alone can get boring – I got bored and wished they has some titles from Yggdrasil or IGT or just something else to switch to. I think I'm therefore justified to rate it at 8 stars and I once they diversify their offerings, I can think about revising my rating.
