Chelsea Palace Casino Basics
Chelsea Palace Casino is very frustrating to use. As soon as we visited the site we were met with several popups, one of which asked us to join (before we even had a chance to see if it was worthy of our time). When we tried to close these down, we were met with passive aggressive popups, the likes of which do not belong on reputable casinos.
Once we clicked off, we were met with a casino that had shocking copywriting, poor graphics, limited games, and countless other issues. It looks like a casino that was thrown together in 5 minutes and knowing what the owners have done in the past, we wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case.

Chelsea Palace Casino use Microgaming and NetEnt as the main providers, but they also work with Evolution Gaming. It’s a cookie cutter games room that they have used on countless other mediocre casinos and while it looks good on the surface, it’s really not. The games they choose from those developers are the same games that you have played a million times over, the same games you have been playing for 5 or 10 years.

If this casino used PayPal then we would be happy to overlook some of the issues. PayPal is not as common as it should be after all and there are a lot of players who will only play on PayPal casinos. This could actually be a nice selling point for Nektan, but this is one brand that doesn’t do nice selling points and there is no PayPal here.
What’s more, they are very slow when it comes to withdrawals and while we can’t find anything in the way of a withdrawal limit, if their other casinos are anything to go by then there will be one in place.

We have been very frustrated by the low quality casinos that Nektan have launched in recent years, and Chelsea Palace Casino is just another in a long line of them. But in many ways it is a combination of those casinos, bringing together all of the elements that make this brand such a bad one, and keeps them a long way off being one of our top online casinos.
We may sound harsh, but we have given this brand every chance to create good casinos and in the end they keep releasing low quality casinos that we simply cannot recommend. The only reason they get any score whatsoever is because they are legitimate and they are verified.
This casino is poorly put together, with visuals and a layout reminiscent of 1990s casinos. It has terrible content and really poor writing. At the time of writing, their tagline (which may change if they see this) reads “the home of great casino and slots games”. We can forgive the occasional lapse in grammar for the sake of keywords, but not from a major online casino brand—in fact, we’re inclined to believe this was just bad writing, as opposed to keyword hunting.

Not as good as I expected. It's sad that chelsea palace can let some thigs happen. Very poor variety of games, nothing new or special. Just another online-casino with lots of bugs and soft-problems. Try it if you wanna but I'm done.
