They require you to jump through too many hoops when it comes to their verification process and they are also not very forgiving with this.

We understand that this is essential, but at the same time, we expect a little leeway from customer support. They should be more forgiving when they know that a customer is being honest and helpful, but they are not. This over-professionalism and strict rules can also be felt when contacting them by phone and live chat. We’re not asking them to ask us a bunch of questions about our day and to wish us well. We actually hate that sort of stuff. But it would be nice if they were more friendly and more helpful.
