BierHaus has 40 paylines, which is usually a good sign, but it has a relatively small jackpot of just 500 coins and an RTP of just 92%. That is very low. In fact, many developers refuse to release slots with RTPs of less than 95% these days, so it’s also quite rare. It doesn’t really feel like it when you play, as the wins land often, but it will certainly have an impact in the long run.

WMS Interactive have created some of our favorite slots, including Ruby Slippers. They are currently owned by Scientific Games, who also own Barcrest, and since the takeover they haven’t really produced much. BierHaus is one of their newer titles, but if this is what they are focusing on now, then we say bring back the old days and slots like Ruby Slippers. Because while the theme of BierHaus is interesting, the game itself is fairly standard and the payouts are very poor.
